ROCOOK is an innovative concept created by El Celler de Can Roca, Lékué and Cata to bring home a technique of one of the bests restaurants in the world: low-temperature cooking.

It started with the objective of sharing the knowledge of El Celler de Can Roca about this cooking technique based on the respect of the food. This cooking technique looks for boosting the organoleptic properties and preserving the nutritional attributes of the food.

Drop, in a close collaboration with Lékué and El Celler de Can Roca had developed a range of accessories conceptualized and designed to create a unique cooking experience at home.

The challenge consisted in understanding the technology and the haute cuisine techniques to translate all this know-how through intuitive, easy-to-use and aesthetically unique products.

Through a deep research and an analytic process, immersion in the lab of El Celler de Can Roca to understand the essence of the technique, ideation, conceptualization, prototyping and validation, we achieved a robust and coherent result aligned with the value proposition of the brand.
