We opened our doors in 2015 when Pierpaolo Congiu and Guido Charosky—restless after years inside design agencies, corporations, and big consultancies—decided the market needed less presentation theatre and more tangible outcomes.
Our founding premise was radical yet simple:
strategy without execution is just daydreaming.
Ten years and 200 projects later, the formula is still the same: keep the team small (10 people, all senior), learn side-by-side with each client, and measure success in value created, not in keynote file size.
