User-centered innovation
Mobility sector is radically changing thanks to new technologies and new usage models. This create huge challanges for car brands.
To tackle some of these challanges, in collaboration with ESADECREAPOLIS, we developed an user centered innovation process. The objective was to identify and detect needs and opportunities to create new solutions and mobility services within Smart Mobility context.
We defined 22 opportunity areas structured in 7 categories
We designed a process where through different Needfinding and Envisioning workshops, involving users and mobility’s value chain stakeholders, we worked on identifiying possible opportunities, ideas and solutions.
As a result, we came up with 22 opportunity areas within 7 categories to prioritize and select one to move to a prototype and pilot test to validate with users in real context.
